Getting Started Guide

Thank you for signing up for our download program. Our download program allows you to download audio books via Download Club or you can purchase and download audio books a la carte.

This guide applies to both Download Club and A La Carte digital audio book purchasers. There are few things you should check before you begin downloading audio books.

1. Windows Media Security Update

Please visit the Microsoft Windows Media Security Update page to update your computer to support our digitally protected audio books. Click Here

2. Windows Media Player 10 or Higher Required

We recommend that you have Windows Media Player 10 or higher installed on your system for stress free downloading, burning, synchronizing, and listening of audio books. Click on the buttons below to download Windows Media Player. Update your Windows Media Player before you download audio books.

3. Internet Explorer Security Settings

We also recommend you check and adjust your Internet Explorer Security Settings so that you are able to successfully play our audio books.
