What You Need:

  • Good working knowledge of relational databases, concepts, design
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Good analytical skills for complex problem solving
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would definitely be an asset

Member Services - Oakville, Ontario, CA

We're not what you'd call a normal call centre, so stop reading this right now if you're looking for a cubicle and morning staff meetings.

This is a fun work environment, with a chance to grow as the company continues to. We currently have 5 people in Member Services and we’re looking for a strong candidate to join our team.

Job Duties:

  • Answering member enquiries regarding services and products via phone and email
  • Building positive relationships and improving customer retention
  • Continually working to improve the Member Services Department
  • Other random projects as assigned

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Strong initiative and motivation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office
