In one week in 2003, Sean Neville signed on to launch Simply Audiobooks, became a father for the second time, quit his position as a top sales executive and bought his first home.

It's working out pretty well so far.

Sean was the original idea man behind Simply Audiobooks' online rental model. As a result of his experiences as a regular commuter and audio book addict, he began to see opportunity in the cars surrounding him on the highway.

Before starting SAB, Sean explored a variety of high-profile positions, from trading at Goepel McDermid and UBS Warburg to VP of Sales and Marketing at Concept Plastics. Before starting his business career, Sean was a nationally ranked figure skater in Canada, and two-time Ontario provincial champion.

Sean holds an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University, a BAS from York University, and he has completed graduate studies at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.

Sanjay brings a unique understanding of business, small- and large-scale, to Simply Audiobooks.

He has been involved in 4 entrepreneurial adventures over the past 12 years in both the retail and technology industries. At the other end of the spectrum, he has 15 years of experience in sales and marketing with a series of Fortune 500 firms, including Nortel Networks, Qualcomm, and Scientific Atlanta. Ultimately, he's found the greatest satisfaction in starting small and aiming for strong growth.

Sanjay regularly shares his insights on life, money and business outside the boardroom as a writer and public speaker. He finds time to author a magazine column on creating wealth, and also enjoys speaking to students on the subjects of entrepreneurship and networking. Sometimes they listen.

Sanjay received his MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University; he also holds an MEng from the University of British Columbia.

Pete has been a part of Simply Audiobooks from the very beginning. He was the first SAB employee, hired on to build our industry-leading web platform. Pete had just left University of Waterloo?s Computer Science program when he applied for the position of Web Developer, but his elegantly composed code won him the chance to create our entire system from scratch.

Pete now oversees our entire Web Development team, making the reverse commute from downtown Toronto to suburban Oakville each day. The longer drive is worth it, since living downtown affords Pete the chance to enjoy both the local music scene and early morning bike rides along the shore of Lake Ontario. The free audio books help, too.
