Download Club members are issued credits for 1, 2 or 3 downloadable audio books each month in licensed .wma file format. Credits can be carried over for a period of 1 month. Additional audio books can be purchased a la carte.

Downloadable .wma files are tested for use in Windows Media Player and are licensed to be transferred to a compatible audio book player or burned to CD for personal use a maximum of 3 times. No warranty is made for their use outside of playing in the current version of Windows Media Player. We strongly recommend that you make a physical backup (ie CD) of your download audio books, as licenses cannot be reissued when claimed.
If you claim a license for a download audio book and find that the content is faulty, please contact us. If the file is determined to be faulty, we will replace the file with a correct copy or substitute a download credit for another book of your choice. If the file is determined to be correct and the problem has occurred with your computer or hardware components, we will attempt to help you resolve the problem, however you are solely responsible for ensuring your computer and hardware components are compatible with licensed WMA content.
If you have a prepaid subscription, your subscription will automatically be renewed when it expires for the same prepaid plan. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid further charges.
In the case of a cancelled prepaid account, you will be refunded the full amount, less the standard monthly charge for all months and part-months of service, except in the case of a pre-paid subscription with a free player giveaway.
By registering for a Simply Audiobooks pre-paid subscription with a free player giveaway, you agree to be committed for 12 months of service. You will not be able to cancel your account or receive any partial refunds for any unused service during this term.
All redeemed gift subscriptions and gift certificates redeemed towards subscriptions require a valid credit card on file for security reasons. Your subscription will automatically be renewed at the same subscription level at the end of the gift term, charged to the credit card on file. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid further charges.
In the case of a cancelled prepaid gift subscription or gift certificate redeemed towards a prepaid subscription, the full amount, less the standard monthly charge for all months and part-months of service, will be returned to the gift code associated with the gift, to be used towards future Simply Audiobooks products or services.
Gift subscriptions and certificates are non-refundable and (once redeemed) non-transferable.

Cancellations are immediate upon confirmation, however existing credits will remain available for a period of 1 month.
Simply Audiobooks grants refunds at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds on any subscription charges except as covered by our Prepaid Subscription policy.
There are no refunds for unused download credits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind on the Simplyaudiobooks service, web site and site contents. In no event will we be liable to you for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the SimplyAudiobooks.co.uk Web site. By using, visiting or browsing the SimplyAudiobooks.co.uk web site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not use the SimplyAudiobooks.co.uk web site.
